Finally! The Jacks are blogging again!

Has it been too long? Are you sick of looking at our autumn leaves? Sorry about that! They've all fallen off and we are now knee deep in snow! We've been so busy. I've been taking pictures (114 of them) - I just haven't posted them. So, here you go...more pictures than you ever bargained for in one post!

Let's start with November:

Amy got a new calling at Church:Primary President; which explains the 'no time to blog' problem.

Nephew went on a mission:Belgium - the lucky guy! Here he is saying goodbye to grandma.

Cousins played in the snow.

Shaylor found a good place to do some reading. ( He's picking out what to put on his "lish wist" which translates into 'wish list!')

Shaylor: again with the odd things on the head!

Threw 2 baby showers; one for a sister in law (another nephew on the way!!!!)

Gracie heard Mommy threatening Shaylor with a "time-out" and she thought it sounded fun! (This is before we cut her bangs!)

Shaylor loves music and dancing and is found playing the egg slicer as a guitar.

Thanksgiving started a biggest loser contest (weight that is!) between Amelia and her brothers. Most percentage weight lost by April 1st wins 6 hours of hard labor from the other two!(This is after Thanksgiving dinner and we're all making our bellies as big as we can. I guarantee you on April 1st, we'll be fasting and sucking in those guts for a good 'after' picture!)

Ian and Amelia spent a 'romantic' weekend alone...painting. We rented (very wobbly) scaffolding - that's Ian 18 feet up in the air.

Before / After

Now for December:
Cousins came from Idaho and we decorated gingerbread houses.

Our attempt at a family picture - there was no way we could get everyone looking normal, so we sent out a card with individual photos...oh well, maybe next year!

BEST CHRISTMAS PRESENT EVER!! Grandma and Grandpa Jack came to spend Christmas with us!!

We went to Temple Square to see the Christmas lights. Amelia got all artsy with the camera...or tried to anyway! (Have I ever told you to click on the pictures to see them bigger and in more detail? I have?...)

"I can't put my arms down!"

We went sledding. We got mountains of snow!

Grandpa lets Gracie do whatever she wants.

Grandpa and Gracie share a cheeto...

And a Cookie.

Shaylor with another crazy hat.

Noelle and Grandpa.

Ian and Grandpa fixed (completely took apart and then put back together again) the dryer...which now works but makes the house smell like a skunk...hmmmm, what's that about?

Ashlyn and Noelle played Monopoly. It went just how it did when I was a kid: fun, crying, bribery, and then the game continues. That is when this shot was taken...after the crying and bribery!

Christmas Eve Jammies! (Made by Amelia...yes, you read that right!)

Christmas Eve cuties.

Christmas Eve love.

Santa brought me a ...
MP3 Player

Easy Bake Oven

Helicopter

Shopping Cart

Shaylor also got a drum set and the boy LOVES it, and has some rhythm!

Another fancy hat!

So, now you're caught up!
Hope you had a wonderful Holiday...we sure did!!
